王明华，男，宁波籍，上海生，杭州人。
浙医（浙江医科大学，现浙江大学医学院）77级，82年毕业。
浙医二院骨科工作，是浙江大学首位骨科研究生和骨科主治医师，后调任浙江省人民医院骨科副主任、浙江省中西医结合医院骨科主任。
曾经用西医/科学捍卫中医，反击方舟子“取消中医”，在海内外中医界有较大影响力，对于西医和不同中医学派的融合统一有特别的认识，探讨“中医”不同定义，提出新时代新中国的新医学就是“新中医”。
退休后研究better medicine, better health, better life，出任浙江大学现代工业设计研究所高级顾问、浙江大学城市学院商学院健康顾问、浙江大学管理学院智慧医疗管理研究所执行所长、浙江省万色城生命科学研究院院长、浙江省求是经济与管理科学研究院研究员等。组织数百名77-78-79级医疗专家和几十位院士，共同发展数字中医大健康共生体，是数康共生体主席和创始人，负责数康院士杭州论坛和院士项目的产业化商业化落地，多个院士项目入选HICOOL竞赛，重点发展《元宇宙新中医院》，倡导“医院外服务+医院内服务=better medicine”，组织糖尿病逆转和晚期癌症特别服务，现任数康元宇科技（杭州）有限公司董事长，中国新质生产力和未来科技投融资平台常务副秘书长兼长三角办事处主任，世界华人大健康产业联盟《元宇宙新中医》项目首席专家，《第五届全国中医药传承创新发展大会》执行主席。
Dr. Wang Minghua, male, Ningbo native, Shanghai-born, Hangzhou grew up. Grade 77, Medical College of Zhejiang University, graduated in 1982. Dr. Wang worked in The Orthopaedic Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital, was the first orthopedic postgraduate of Zhejiang University, and became an attending surgeon, later transferred as Deputy Director of Orthopaedic Department of Zhejiang people's Provincial Hospital, Director of Orthopaedic Department of Zhejiang Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital. Once Dr. Wang guard Traditional Chinese Medicine with the weapons with Western medicine and spirit of science, and countered Fang Zhouzi's "abolition of Traditional Chinese Medicine", hence has a great influence in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine at home and abroad. Dr. Wang has a special understanding of the integration and unity of western medicine and different schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and probes into the different definitions of so-called "TCM". It is pointed out that the new medicine of new China in the new era forms "New Chinese Medicine". After retirement, Dr. Wang focused on research of “Better Medicine, Better Health, and Better Life”. He served as Senior Advisor of Modern Industrial Design Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Health Advisor of Business School of Hangzhou City University, Executive Director of Intelligent Medical Management Institute of School of Management Zhejiang University, Director of Zhejiang Wansecheng Life Science Research Institute, Researcher of Zhejiang Qiushi Economic&Management Academy of Sciences, etc. Organized hundreds of 77-78-79 grade medical experts and dozens of academicians to jointly develop the Shukang community of digital New Chinese Medicine and big- health ecosystem. Dr. Wang is the community’s chairman and founder, and responsible for the Shukang fellow of Hangzhou forum, and industrialization and commercial landing for fellow project, now some fellow projects had been selected into the HICOOL competition, focusing on the development of "metaverse Hospital of New Chinese Medicine", advocating "out-of-hospital service + in-hospital service = Better Medicine" , to organize special services such as reversal of diabetes and advanced cancer, he is currently Chairman of Sukang-Yuanyu Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., Executive Deputy Secretary of China New Productivity and Future Science and Technology Investment and Financing Platform, and the Director of the Yangtze River Delta Office. Chief expert of the World Chinese Comprehensive Health Industry Alliance " New Chinese Medicine in Metaverse" project, Chairman of "2024 Biology Health and Intelligent Medical Development Forum"， Executive Chairman of the 5th National Conference on the Inheritance, Innovation and Growth of TCM.
